Our comprehensive Weight Management Program is designed to support you in reaching your ideal weight - whether you're looking to lose, gain, or maintain. Over the course of the program, we focus on building sustainable, healthy habits that lead to lasting changes.

The first four weeks are dedicated to helping you cultivate mindful eating practices, create awareness around food choices, and develop a balanced approach to nutrition. In the remaining 12 weeks, we build on this foundation with a personalized plan tailored to your specific goals. This phase combines the tools and insights you developed early on with a comprehensive nutrition strategy that goes far beyond calorie counting. We track multiple key metrics customized to your unique needs, ensuring your plan is effective, sustainable, and fits seamlessly with your lifestyle.

By integrating mindfulness techniques and individualized feedback, this program empowers you to make informed decisions that nurture your body and mind, helping you achieve your goals in a sustainable way. With check-ins twice a week, you’ll receive tailored guidance and ongoing support to help you stay focused and keep your progress on course.

You will be given calorie and macro targets to follow.
A nutrition guide will be provided as well as your template for your weekly feedback.
Using a calorie tracking app is mandatory.

Solo training programs are fully customized to fit your goals and the equipment you have access to. These programs are ideal for individuals who have gym experience, a solid understanding of exercise technique and familiarity with a variety of movements.

While solo training is designed for independent execution, weekly check-ins are included to provide support, track progress, and make any necessary adjustments to your program. This option is not suited for those who need supervised guidance or regular in-person appointments to stay consistent. Assessment

Head-to-toe assessment designed to uncover movement imbalances, mobility restrictions, and compensation patterns that could be holding you back!



Whether you're training for strength, dealing with nagging discomfort, or just want to move more efficiently. We go beyond just gym-based movements to assess how your body performs in everyday life. The assessment is divided into two parts:

1. Unloaded Movement: Observing how your body naturally moves without added resistance.
2. Loaded Movement: Analyzing how you perform with weight to reveal hidden weaknesses or compensation strategies.

We’ll also assess your breathing mechanics and body awareness, which are key to maximizing performance and minimizing risk of injury. This assessment is mandatory for anyone starting personal training or yoga, but it’s also highly valuable for independent lifters, group fitness participants, or anyone serious about optimizing how they move and train. Solid Start

Designed specifically for group fitness participants, Solid Start is a one-hour session that breaks down the fundamental movements you’ll encounter in classes.



If you’re new to group workouts or don’t feel confident with common exercises, this service helps you build a strong foundation, so you can move with confidence, reduce injury risk, and get more from every class.

Traditional Yoga and Meditation

Rooted in classical practices, traditional yoga blends movement, breathwork, and meditation to support both physical and mental well-being.



Unlike a one-size- fits-all class, each session is customized to meet your unique needs; whether you're looking to increase mobility, reduce stress, build mindfulness, or simply reconnect with your body. Just like with personal training, your practice is designed specifically for you: meeting you where you are, and evolving with you over time.

You have 2 options when it comes to change: You can rush, stress, and strain to achieve your goals only to hold the results temporarily. The second option is to move slowly, move mindfully, understand how to work with yourself instead of against yourself. The results from option 2 will last you a lifetime because it teaches you how to listen. Option one is rigid, black/white – you are controlled by the outcome instead of being present with the process. When you are controlled by the outcome you limit yourself and what you’re truly capable of. We believe it’s the focus on the process that is most important. If you are enjoying the process and you’re present in the process then the likelihood that you’ll be thrilled with your “end” result is a given! Change is going to be difficult no matter what you do but the trick is to work smarter, not harder.

My journey began when I was 19, and it’s wild to think that was nearly 20 years ago. I started with at-home workouts, but after about a year, I realized they weren’t enough, I needed more. That’s when I stepped into a gym for the first time, and everything changed. It wasn’t just about getting fit anymore. I discovered that the real gift of exercise isn’t physical, it’s mental.

You can’t fake showing up. You have to commit, even on the days when motivation is nowhere to be found. That discipline builds something deeper: a strong mindset. And honestly, isn’t that what’s needed for everything in life? When done with care, fitness becomes an act of self-love.

The path of self-discovery eventually led me to yoga teacher training in India. Yoga filled in all the gaps I didn’t even know were there. It didn’t just enhance my workouts, it transformed my life. Yoga teaches that we’re not separate from nature - we are nature. That awareness changed how I train and how I coach. Real progress doesn’t come from battling yourself. It comes from learning to work with yourself.

In 2016, I took the leap and left my corporate job to start Soul Rebel Training. I had no idea if it would work, but I trusted the process - something I learned from years in the gym. Today, I help people uncover their potential. I get to celebrate client wins every week, and honestly, I’m just as much a product of this work as they are.

It’s not just about reps, or poses, or numbers; it’s about effort. And effort, when done with intention, creates magic.

With over three years of experience in one-on-one training and group fitness instruction, I’m passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential through personalized, mindful movement.

My background in child development and experience working with children led me to design a Teen Boot Camp program that goes beyond physical fitness. This program focuses on building the mind-muscle connection, cultivating mutual empowerment, and nurturing self-love; all while making movement fun and accessible.

I’ve also worked closely with older children and teens with diverse learning abilities, creating custom training experiences that support their unique developmental needs.

But my journey into fitness wasn’t picture-perfect. It began with deep dissatisfaction with my own body: a cycle of self-criticism and negative self-talk that left me feeling stuck. Over time, through movement and mindset work, I learned to truly embrace my body and who I am. That transformation is what fuels my passion today. I believe that true fitness is about more than physical strength. It’s about building self-confidence, self-acceptance, and self-worth. Every session I lead is designed to be supportive, empowering, and personalized. Whether we’re focusing on circuit training, progressive overload, or bodyweight movement, my goal is to help you feel strong, seen, and celebrated, exactly as you are.
